Supported devices

We aim to support current generations and one generation back of iOS and Android. Though our products work on older devices, to get the best experience you need to have newer device which has enough RAM and graphics to power our 3d scenes. To ensure the platform runs smoothly, we support iOS 14 or newer for Apple and Oreo 8.1 or newer on Android.

Our products use a lot of new technologies and will not work well in legacy browsers. We do not support older versions of Internet Explorer (IE).

Augmented Reality

If you want to utilize Augmented Reality (AR), you also need to have a device which supports AR Kit (iOS/ iPadOS) or AR Core (Android). See the list below for the supported devices. It might work on older devices than listed, as long as they support AR Kit or AR Core, but we recommend using a current generation device for the best experience.

Browsers

We support the current version and one version back of the major browsers. Most browsers today update automatically, but if you run into any performance issues, check your browser for possible updates manually.
